The Hotel Concierge Society Les Clefs d’Or New Zealand – HCSNZ is a non-profit, non-political association of tourism industry professionals. Our membership consists of the finest hotel Concierges throughout New Zealand.

The role of the Society is to support the members, providing a network of experienced professionals to enable them to perform as outstanding Concierges throughout the country.

We provide travel and training opportunities, professional resources and knowledge base, the benefit of the members' combined contacts and experience, essentially pooling the resources of a close network of established industry professionals to provide our guests with the highest possible standard of service our country has to offer.

We are dedicated to promoting professionalism in tourism in New Zealand, and committed to providing the highest possible standards of service to our valued guests.

Associated to the Union International Hotel Concierge ‘Les Clefs d’Or’ our members are recognised by the The Crossed Golden Key lapel pins, which are worn while on duty at the Concierge desk.
