Supervision of future congresses and presence of youngsters

Responsible for edition of Book of Members & International Review “in good
time”

Help follow-up with Treasury

Co-ordinates actions of zone directors with national presidents

Responsible for each country’s documents in Cambon office

Motivates national presidents in their youth programs

Internat. Secretary

Responsible for all the international communication

Provides agendas for official meetings

Gathers & transmits elements for International Review

Elaborates an agenda for all functions

Internat. Treasurer

Keeps accounts in good running order

Budget for “N” and “N+1”

Prepares invoices for all member nations to be given out at international Meetings

Representative of International President in Paris

Make sure that all countries have provided Cambon Office with all requirements

Currently, responsible for international website

Running of current affairs in Paris of Int. President absence

Support the newly elected president during his mandate

Remains at UICH disposal for information relating to his mandate
