„O.S. ZLATÉ KLÍČE ČR“

Czech Republic joined U.I.C.H. Les Clefs d’Or in 1991 on International Congress held on Costa del Sol, Spain. Since that time founding members of “Zlate Klice” actively participated on the following congresses and proudly hosted the international congress in Prague in January 1999.

We are very young member of the organization, but we do utmost to demonstrate the passion for the guest service. We also look ahead to the near future in order to inform and educate the next generation. Prague is a very dynamic town, where the tourism is on the roll and foreign visitors are always looking for the experience and knowledge. The new hotels are being open every year and the management understands, that the hotel concierge can make many of its guests satisfied and return in the future.
