Our association is representing the profession of “Concierge” in Holland, in word and in deed.

By seeing each other as much as possible and discussing how to upgrade our profession by asking more and more of our members and board we try to improve the profession of the “Concierge” national and international.

The main targets which we try to improve are our guests, the management, colleagues and the ones delivering the services we require.
This means that we must be open, trustworthy and trying to improve our job at all times.

Only by doing this we can be certain to have more hotels opening a Concierge desk with “Les Clefs d’Or” Concierges.

The ultimate goal is to make “Les clefs d’Or “ the symbol for the profession of the Concierge.
