The objectives of the Association are as follows: forming relationships based on friendship and respect among the hotel concierges of Turkey; exchanging information among the members based on different knowledge and skills; forming a Turkish standard in the profession of hotel concierges by giving work related training; turning each member into an ambassador of tourism by transmitting awareness and knowledge; creating references for persons interested and tourism and hotel schools by carrying out subject related research and studies; carrying out useful studies for members; representing Turkey in the best possible way at national and international  organizations concerning the hotel Concierge profession.
