Les Clefs d'Or, USA will be celebrating its 30th anniversary as members of UICH in 2008.

Committed to providing service excellence, LCD USA’s main focus is providing concierges with the tools necessary for success. In addition to our annual educational meetings, we have created “The Art of the Concierge” program, assisted by Stiel Media. This educational training has been offered to hundreds of Concierges in the Caribbean. It’s also available to local associations in the US.

LCD USA created a foundation to assist Concierges who are faced with life threatening illness. Concierges throughout the Americas continue to raise money to fund the Foundation. Currently, the Foundation’s assets are in excess of $400,000. Dozens of recipients have benefited from this assistance.

Additionally, LCD USA has created the “Relief Fund.” This fund provides assistance to individuals who have suffered financial losses through no fault of their own.

In the spirit of friendship and exquisite service, US members are known for their philanthropic endeavors. We have supported food banks, built houses for Habitat for Humanity, and assisted many local charities since our inception.
