The office in Paris has been for long the office of the Union Internationale des Concierge d'Hôtels "Les Clefs d'Or" as is said on the marble sign on its facade. In fact, the office has been there since 1952, the year the international association was created. It became the property of the French association after the Congress of 1989 that was held in Paris, and recently refurbished with the benefits earned after the Congress in Biarritz in 2003.  

The office is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 1.00pm (French Time, that is GMT +1 Winter time /+2 Summer time)
