Very Dear Friends ,

Welcome to your new  UICH website...Thanks to Roderick Levejac we now have an efficient electronic tool at our, your, disposal.

The International executive committee meeting of " UICH " together with the Zone Directors took place in Cannes (South of France) and more precisely at the Hotel Majestic Barriere where, you surely all know by now, I have been working for the last 30 odd years ...

I am totally satisfied with the way our meetings went, totally satisfied with the implication of the 18 people around the table all day Monday 29 and the morning of Tuesday 30. We have covered all the numerous points listed on our agenda  and although there is still a long way to go (... there always is ...) we are advancing in the right direction.

Among our decisions was the acceptance by all, to officially accept "www.uichlesclefsdor.org"  as our new website adress.

Soon the official report of these 2 days meeting will reach you.

We, as you can imagine, had a entertaining program which, to my satisfaction, everyone enjoyed.

I did mention in my last message that, during October, I would pay a visit to Copenhagen to :
- help our Danish succeed in giving us all a great Congress
- and, as it is our duty and with the company of Reynald Egerth, verify the standard which are needed to succeed in such a venture.
We both came back satisfied. Arshad Khokhar, who is having many sleepless nights together with the Danish committee, came to Cannes and presented the final program to the satisfaction of the assembly . Reaching the budget is to-day the main preoccupation.

Whilst on the subject, as I do at every opportunity, I hope to see as many of you on Danish ground.   I rely on all the National President to motivate their members to participate.

Worlwide we are all very concerned with terrible weather conditions over the Mexico area.

I shall be on vacation from now on but will come back to you in good time for further news.
