Les Clefs d’Or Russia was founded in 1999 by the concierge team of the Baltschug Kempinski Moscow Hotel and its Chief Concierge Eugene Bagdasarov supported by his General Manager, Mr. Hans Sebesta.

In 2001, the Russian section officially joined the U.I.C.H. “Les Clefs d’Or” family and the next year 2011, we will celebrate 10th anniversary of our International membership.

For the past 10 years the world has changed significantly. Hospitality industry in Russia has changed too. We are following the changes and are developing our network, integrating into the International concierge community, popularizing concierge profession in Russia. Currently we have 23 members in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi. Also we have few associated members from Kiev, Ukraine.

We fully support U.I.C.H. motto: “In Service Through Friendship” and work very closely all together for promoting our country and cities as a tourist destinations.

We pay much attention to young concierges, support them and hold educational bimonthly meetings in order to support them and to share best practices.

We strive to promote our organization to those who are eligible, but also to enlighten our current team of the wonderful friendship that exists with all of our international colleagues.

We have far-reaching plans and ambitious intentions to make our section strong, well respected, professionally developed, structured, modern, flexible, and aimed to permanent improvements.
