Our association is representing the profession of “Concierge” in The Netherlands, in word and in deed.

By getting together as much as possible and discussing how to upgrade our profession by asking more and more of our members and our Board we try to improve the profession of the “Concierge” national and international.

The main targets which we try to improve are; our guest, the management, colleagues, and the ones delivering the service we require. This means that we must be open, trustworthy, and trying to improve our job at all times.

Only by doing this we can be certain to have more hotels opening a Concierge desk with “Les Clefs d’Or” Concierges.

The ultimate goal is to make “Les Clefs d’Or” the symbol for the profession of the hotel Concierge.
